What is a brand refresh?
Every so often, it’s important to update your look. You might update your wardrobe, change your hairstyle, or switch up the accessories you wear. Companies do this, too. WPS has a bold, new look and logo. But rest assured, while these things have changed, our commitment to doing things the right way remains stronger than ever.
Why is the WPS brand being refreshed?
The purpose of the brand refresh is to help modernize the brand and support the growth goals of WPS. Many competitors have developed a similar look, so we are breaking out of that sea of sameness.
What elements of the brand will change?
The logo, colors, typefaces, and other visual elements are being updated. All WPS lines of business will now be referred to as WPS, a health solutions company—we will no longer use WPS Health Insurance or WPS Health Solutions.
What is the timeline for the brand refresh?
For a while, both logos will be seen. The majority of the brand updates should be completed in the next few months. By April 2025, the changeover should be complete.
Will health insurance members be receiving new ID cards?
New ID cards will not be issued to existing members at this time. New members will receive ID cards with the new logo starting in the next few months.
What if I have the logo displayed in my office? What if I have co-branded signage in my office or at events?
You should talk with your WPS Sales Representative about getting updated signage, if
needed.
What if I have current co-branded digital and print advertising in the market?
Please contact your WPS Sales Representative to get updated files. The current advertising can
continue to run until you are able to get new files from WPS.
What do I do with promotional items I have with old branding?
Current promotional items can continue to be used until you are able to get new supplies from
your WPS Sales Representative.
Has WPS been acquired by another competing company?
No, WPS is still the same company. Our bold, new look reaffirms our commitment to those we
serve, sets us up for future growth, and builds on our history of innovation and compassion.
