Who is impacted?
Trading partners exchanging X12 batch files via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connection to WPS Community Manager.
What is changing?
In support of WPS’ commitment to securing the personal information of the customers we serve, the WPS EDI Department will be updating our security measures in coming months, as they relate to the exchange of X12 files via SFTP.

What is the reason for the change?
To help ensure the security of the data exchanged between WPS and our trading partners.
What is the change effective date?
The change will be deployed on Saturday, April 25, 2020, during the standard WPS EDI maintenance window (6 p.m. Saturday through 12 p.m. Sunday CT).
