The iExchange Provider portal and processes have recently been enhanced to better serve our network of providers. Over the past several months, an iExchange core team has been working to create a support network and enhance the online iExchange experience. iExchange is now faster and offers an easier process for providers to submit prior-authorization requests.
Our updated support structure allows providers to get directly in touch with one of our team members to better serve your needs. We are also in the process of creating videos highlighting the functionality of our portal. Please check back in a few weeks to view this information, which will be posted on the iExchange section of our website.
iExchange is the fastest and most automated path for submitting prior authorizations. The automated process allows for quicker turnaround time, the ability to attach supporting documents, and view your submittal with its status.
