WPS is currently working to update our Tibco system. The change should resolve several continuing issues we are seeing with some transactions, and allow our support teams to work with resolving issues affecting our valued partners. We are anticipating with the new version release of Tibco, that it will possibly resolve the WPS Community Manager issues we are seeing as well as several other issues that our partners have been seeing. Our current timeline for this change is tentatively scheduled for the middle of December, due to our extensive testing, but may vary slightly depending upon any testing issues. With our continued dedication and commitment to our valued customers, we want to be certain that all current processes will continue functioning properly and that our customers receive the best service that is currently available.
